MBA Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in any field of study from a regionally accredited institution
- 3.0 GPA or higher in undergraduate program
- No GRE or GMAT required

- Transcripts from a regionally accredited college or university verifying your bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Two letters of recommendation
- The letters should be from academic or professional references.

Personal statement
- Your personal statement should address why you want to obtain a master’s degree from 鶹ԭ. Specify examples of leadership, discuss career goals and provide any other pertinent information that will assist us in selecting persons who can most benefit from and contribute to the graduate program.

Transcript Information
Official transcripts must be ordered and sent directly to Cal Lutheran via certified e-transcript or mail. E-transcripts are recommended where possible.

MBA Assured Admission
The MBA program offers assured admission to current and past Cal Lutheran business students. This includes:
- Undergraduate seniors majoring in business at Cal Lutheran
- Business majors in the Cal Lutheran School for Professional Studies and Continuing Studies
- Alumni of Cal Lutheran with business degrees
Requirements for Assured Admission
- Admission is based on completion or pending completion of a Cal Lutheran business degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA in upper division coursework
- Current graduating seniors will be provisionally admitted pending final degree posting
Application Checklist for Assured Admission
If you apply to the MBA program under assured admission, the application fee and the personal statement are waived. However, you will still need to have an interview with an enrollment specialist and submit the following materials:
- Completed application
- Two professional letters of recommendation
- Resume
- Official transcripts
