For over 25 years, the event has guided Cal Lutheran students on their career journeys. Led by School of Management students, this event connects you with alumni and professionals through inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities. It’s all about helping you align your skills, passions, and values to your career goals—no matter where you are in your path.

Meet Timmy "The Dreamer "

Timmy the Dreamer is a youth keynote speaker, founder of Dreamer State University, & former business partners with one of the biggest social media influencers in Los Angeles, Charlie Rocket. Together, they built a social media following of 9 million followers, made over 1,000 dreams come true for kids with cancer, disabilities, and kids needing a miracle, & they collaborated with some of the biggest celebrities on earth like Oprah, Steph Curry, Mr Beast, Jake Paul, & MGK.

Timmy is now on his Dreamology Speaking Tour across America where is going to schools talking to students about the steps they can take to find success & happiness in the pursuit of their biggest dreams in life. He talks to students about chasing their dreams, mental health, building meaningful relationships, and the power kindness truly has to change the world.

Timmy's dream is to be the first person ever to give 50 speeches in 50 states at schools across America.

He is here today to talk to you about how you can make your dreams come true both in your time at CLU & for your future.
